There is still a scratch on the side that was supposed to be repaired. You guys removed my pin stripes and didn’t replace them. You had my car for a whole month! I should’ve been more than satisfied, but I’m not!!!

This is the second repair Kniesel's has done on my Toyota Tacoma and both times they have done an outstanding job on making it look like it just came out of the factory and a day earlier than the original estimate. While I was completely satisfied, I hope I don't have to use them again because accidents just plain suck. If I ever do need collision repair, I would definitely use them again and refer them to my family and friends.
