Tommy went above and beyond to overcome many of the Tesla challenges (delay in parts, unavailability of appointments for a security fix necessary at Tesla, etc) to fix our car as quickly as possible before my son went back to school. He kept us updated on the process and the timing, super helpful for planning purposes and rental extension. Hoping we don’t need any collision repair services anytime soon, but Tommy is the reason we’ll pick Koons.
