I made a mistake by overreacting and sending an email about the mileage of the car when it was returned. The GM called me and we was able to work out the misunderstanding. Tommy also called and was able to explain the discrepancy. I appreciated the customer service of Koons of Alexandria and will definitely recommend their services to others.

I cannot say enough great things about my experience with this shop, especially Tom Bouchard, who truly went above and beyond throughout the entire repair process. Tom was incredibly kind, professional, knowledgeable, and reasonable. He took the time to explain the repairs, provide helpful guidance, and walk me through the proper care of my vehicle after the work was completed. His honesty, attention to detail, and genuine commitment to customer satisfaction really stood out. Tom and his team worked exceptionally quickly without sacrificing quality. When I got my car back, it was in absolutely outstanding condition—exceeding my expectations! Tommy did a great job keeping me informed on the progress as things changed. He clearly knows the business. I'm very glad we choose Koons - The Tesla certification was important to me and Tommy made sure we got OEM parts. The work speaks for itself.
