It was hundred percent the right decision I brought my car to get fixed at koons Tyson chevy body shop . The quality of work done as well as the efficiency of delivery i.e three days before scheduled day is amazing. I can't be satisfied enough or happy for the professionalism of the office manager Ms. Claudia and the assigned lead technician Mr. Alex . Alex and team were very thoughtful on the repair plan and sourcing to keep our cost down for the self-pay portion. Looks great.

Alex did his best to reply to the Tesla team who was very difficult to work with, across a very long repair and payment cycle. I did try to reach out to Benji the shop manager to get help/escalation 2x and he did not respond.

HORRIBLE!!!! From the time it took to do the repairs, to not doing all of the repairs (literally the right front quarter panel. They tried to cover it up. Also, because they didn’t do the repairs (after having my car for 2 weeks) there is a large sound when opening the door. There is NO POSSIBLE WAY this couldn’t be heard.
