Had a great experience with Lacey Collison. The whole process was smooth from start to finish, and everything was explained clearly. Kevin Lambert was very nice, communicated clearly, and was extremely helpful throughout the process. The front desk gentleman and lady were both friendly, welcoming, and gave information very clearly as well. Overall, it was a very good experience and the team made everything easy and stress-free. Highly recommend!

Seth and the team took great of us from beginning to end. They made sure things were being communicated to the insurance company and regular updates were communicated as well. We chose Lacey Collision Center based upon their reputation (even though we live in Lakewood) and they did not disappoint. They definitely lived up to their great reputation. Would gladly use them in the future if any repairs need to be done to our Tesla.
