As much as I don't want to admit it I've had used Lacey collision quite a few times in the past and every single time I'm never dissatisfied with the results of their work and time they take keeping me up-to-date on how my vehicle is moving along. This recent experience was no different I'm very satisfied with how my car turned out and friendly help I received all the way through the process. Hopefully I won't need them again but if I ever do they will be the first and only Auto Repair Shop I will think of to get it done. Thank you all so much.

Even though due to no fault of Lacey Collision it took a long time to get the part to repair my car. How Kevin and the staff kept me up to date on the progress and were very responsive to my emails and calls. Frustrating delay but very helpful and supportive staff. Thank you!!
