The workmanship was exceptional in terms of PPF application. It turns out I had a number of pre-existing rock chips. It would have been good to know prior to the application to at least discuss options or to make awareness of what might happen if they are covered. In my case, the chips really stand out with a high gloss. I think in a similar situation, it would be good to bring up the possibility of this happening prior to work being done to level set expectations.

Nickole promised the car would be ready on Friday, 5/16. I called on Monday, 5/19, and the car was not ready. Steven, thankfully, took over supervision and ensured repair completion on Wednesday, 5/21.
