I appreciated how helpful and kind Nickole was throughout the entire process of repairing my car- scheduling, going over details, drop off, pick up, etc. I also found the man who helped me when I dropped off my car very nice (apologies for not remembering his name). Nickole was fantastic! Kept me updated through the whole process. Vanessia at the front also was helpful and patient when I had to pay with a fleet credit card.
