Richard/Roger (I think I'm misremembering name) I believe was person I dropped it off to waited past closing. He was patient, kind, and listened. Kevin was phenomenal in explaining and extremely communicative, kind, and patient throughout process as well. The team did a phenomenal job I was shocked, I thought there would still be signs so definitely surprised but so, so, so thankful because I was so defeated after suv getting hit after paying it off. I wish the team could've fixed the automatic liftgate feature from getting hit that was my only downfall. I use it all the time and was frustrated because it was working until I got hit. I also want to thank Jenni for waiting, for being so kind, and extremely patient. I really appreciate and apologize for making her and original guy stay longer than expected. Thank your team for everything. I got quotes for additional work so I will definitely be back. Thank you for everything.

The repairs made to my vehicle were great. I knocked it down one point just because when I arrived to pick it up, I noticed a few issues. They fixed those issues without hesitation, but I feel some of them should’ve been caught before saying it was complete. They always do phenomenal work, the staff is awesome and communicates extremely well, and the facility is really clean and organized!
