I liked that your company informed the rental car company of our appt. I liked the online status check except that it showed expected pickup as Tuesday but wasn't ready until Thursday. I then called Wed and was told the tech was at lunch. I asked for a call or text back, and no rush but I needed to know so I could extend rental car. I got a text Thursday morning saying car should be ready by 5. So I would say someone needs to update the online status tracker when there are delays to avoid confusion.
