After my repair was approved, I was initially confused about the next steps because I was waiting for Lindstrom's Auto Body to contact me. Eventually, I realized I needed to call them to schedule the repair. Once the appointment was set and I brought my car in, Lindstrom's Auto Body kept me updated throughout the repair process and was prompt. The staff was friendly, and they even washed my car. I'm glad I chose this shop for my car repairs and would highly recommend them.

I don’t care if you take advantage from the insurance company but make sure you did your best for your customers. I know you charge for front wheels replacement but you didn’t replace it. But at least clean the original wheel without me to notice it. And some other ridiculous charge. After all thanks for your hard work

The entire process was very easy. My car looks like it did when I drove it off the lot and it was brand new! I also appreciated the text updates. And I couldn't believe it when I got inside my car and it had been cleaned/detailed, thoroughly, inside and out. Absolutely unexpected but very much appreciated.
