Jeff Carman is excellent in communicating with customers. The body shop does great work-I should know- my 3rd experience at this facility in only 3 yrs w/ 2 different cars. Highly recommend Lithia Body Shop, Urbandale!!

Restored paint and feel of vehicle to prior condition- even 1 wheel repaired along with 4 wheel alignment. Only question I still have how long does paint need to cure before washing? Thank You. Jeff the estimated was great with communication

I believe his name was Jeff carman and oh gosh just such an incredible experience! Such great communication and updates. I really appreciated him. I don’t think I’ve ever had such a great experience and my first car was always breaking down so I was in shops regularly. Will definitely be back (hopefully not soon) for car work.

Overall experience was great regarding the repairs. However it took 7 - 10 days extra because of receiving damaged parts.

Would have liked some communication as the work progressed. It took a week longer than initially indicated. An explanation would have been helpful. Then it was promised to be done by Friday. 2/28. I had to call on the following Monday to check the status and finally got it Monday afternoon with no explanation for the delay. Otherwise the staff was very cordial and helpful and the car beautifully clean inside and out.
