I was impressed with the great body work and paint job on my old 1984 Chevy S10!! Tyler the estimator was accurate on the how long it would take!! Videos to him and thank you to the team that did the body work and painting!!!

Job took much longer than promised. Was compelled to approve an up charge on the door pillars which were not in the original quote. Car mat was filthy upon return.

Only disappointed in that I was advised the car could be picked up on Thursday, I heard nothing so I called to reconfirm and was told that it would not be ready until Friday. It’s the idea that no one informed me. If I wouldn’t have called, I don’t know when they would’ve advised me. all they had to do is send a text to me and say your car will be finished on Friday instead of Thursday. Then I could have made plans in advance to cancel my ride on Thursday and try to move it to Friday. I’m a single senior on my own. I just would’ve appreciated a message sent to me in advance so I could find a ride and schedule for Friday. I walked & took a bus from Edmonds. The end result: the car looks wonderful . Thank you.
