    "The staffs were very friendly: from getting me checked in and inspecting the damage to walking me through the repairs that were done upon pickup, the whole experience was pleasant in a way that I felt I was being respected. The repair itself was also flawless: all of the damages, including the ones I was aware of and the ones I didn't know about (later inspection discovered them), were clearly documented and fixed. What came as a surprise was that both the exterior AND the interior were thoroughly cleaned. I did not ask for any. They never mentioned it until I brought it up, as if this is their standard procedure. This is definitely not the standard procedure from my experience with other shops. I hope I will never need another repair, but if I do, I will reach out to them without a doubt."

It was a pleasant surprise to see my car had been washed as I was planning to do so myself after picking it up anyways. My only complaint isn’t really a complaint, I noticed that my passenger side window switch was broken after picking it up. I have no idea if it was broken before I dropped it off or during service. It could’ve been broken for years and I’d not noticed as I never use it."
