Repairs took at least a week longer than originally discussed. During the final week, every day was promised to be done and it wasn’t done til Thursday. This degree of poor communication was very frustrating. We had also discussed that if a tire needed to be replaced, they would talk to me to at least replace two (I would pay out of pocket for one) to keep the car balanced - they replaced a single tire and didn’t communicate.

My primary issue has to do with the estimated time required to make the repairs. It look nearly a week longer than originally estimated. I now realize the extent of the damage was very significant, but I wish Gerber would have been able to see that more accurately, coming into this repair.

There were some dings in the exterior of the light that were probably there before i got hit, but it would be helpful to have those photos on hand when receiving the car after repair to clearly show the before and after.
