I would still recommend the shop. I don’t think what happened with the contractor is their fault at all, it was just unfortunate circumstances.

Through no fault of the owner, a subcontractor damaged my vehicle and it ended up taking a month for it to be resolved and returned to me. I greatly appreciate that the owner paid for the repair without question but I was without my vehicle for substantially longer than I expected and had to pay for a rental out of pocket the entire time. That’s the only reason I am less than 100% satisfied.

I was told two different dates that my car would be ready and each time the date got extended, one of the reasons is because the wrong parts were ordered, where is the supervision of such a process?? people alter their daily lives to accommodate the collision center, and it seems the collision center doesn’t have a double check system or anybody overseeing the orders to double check and make sure things are done correctly for a smooth and efficient collision repair process. Second, my car interior was disgusting, I had to get a full detail on it from all the dust and debris removed. On top is extra time money I’ve spent out of my life because the collision place doesn’t care how they give back your vehicle. Not satisfied.
