My Experience

The experience was so smooth from the beginning to the end, it made the ordeal a very relaxing and not stressful experience. Being informed daily how the repair was going was amazing. Your staff are amazing. I am so impressed attention to detail that was done. My car looks so amazing. Thank you so much. If I ever need repairs done again no doubt Mackin's is only place I trust my car to be repaired at. I will differently let my friends know.

Customerservice was so good. Two times I needed something out of my car that I had forgotten about and both times they were ready for me to pick up. Also, when my rental car wouldn’t work, a young man from the office came to pick me up at my home so I could go back to the auto body shop to pick up my car. Everyone was so kind and helpful..
