Mackin's Auto Body did a fantastic job repairing my car! They were so helpful and professional each step of the process. I received an update every few days and my car is like brand new. I highly recommend them for any collision repair!

Santana and supporting staff were efficient, especially with excellent customer service. I appreciate the regular updates and transparency with sourcing. They were flexible with the estimate time and answered the phone promptly. Enterprise next door was wonderful logistics bonus but I would recommend Mackin’s without reservation, even if unable to use the rental. I can tell Santana and crew are passionate about cars. Their attention to detail and genuine care is apparent from the beginning to the end. Thanks everyone for making a high stress situation very streamlined and taking over most of the logistics. They let me trust the process, which is rare these days.

From the beginning to the end, Santana and staff were efficient and great customer service. I haven't been in accident in years and I was impressed with their communication, professionalism, and support. I can tell Santana loves cars and mine was in good hands. This trust was easily apparent from the beginning. The repairs took the right amount of time and didn't feel any less of a priority than their other jobs. Added bonus having a rental car company next door but will still use Mackin's in the future if needed (hopefully not but life happens).
