Every person I spoke with was kind and answered my questions. It made the whole experience convenient and easy for me. I liked the tx updates. I will absolutely use Mackinac again. In fact I have a son-in-law who had a deer run into his Ford. He lives in Whidbey Island. We will most likely bring him here to fix it. Thank you

The work that was done on my car was terrible. The worse paint job and body work I have ever seen a major auto body shop do. Chips from rocks weren't filled in before painting.the paint job has a orange peel look. Body lines don't line up,fender and headlights don't line up. Oh so much wrong. body clips that are mis-matched and loose.the repaired side of the hood is different than other side of the hood that wasn't repaired. I will be telling all my Canby friend of 14 years of living here, what a terrible job you guys did. And that they should never take their cars to you.

The body work is great, but my rearview mirror fell off, wasnt fixed, and the fan now rattles when it didn't previously
