Excellent customer service, great communication with updates, and amazing service and auto body work on our vehicle. Our vehicle looks like new. This is the second time our family has used this shop and they continue to be amazing. We are grateful for their attention to detail and excellent customer service. Nick made the entire process very easy. He assisted contacting our insurance, coordinating our rental car drop off and pick up. Made our experience with Mackin’s a less stress process which we appreciate. Thanks to all the staff. We truly appreciate you all.
