From the secretary at the front desk to the final person who released the repaired car back to me, I found it to be a group of people who handled my experience professionally. I appreciated those who took the time to answer questions, and the continual contact during the repair progress. The contact with my insurance company was also evident, because when comparing information, there were no discrepancies. The repair job leaves the car looking like new and I appreciated that the car, inside and out, looked better than when the car was initially brought in. Over all , a pleasant experience.
