When I brought my car in for hail damage in early May, the receptionist and the person who assessed my car were very professional and made me feel like I would be a valued customer. Any questions I had throughout the process of my car repair was handled promptly and courteously. When I picked up my car and raised some minor concerns, the staff at Mander immediately addressed them. The manager even called me the next day to offer to fix an issue that wasn't their fault. I was very impressed.
