I would recommend with caution according to the type/class of automobile being repaired.

Work is never done completely until the customer is satisfied. Oversprays, scratches on automobile, and damage to my interior prevent me from scoring any higher. I'm still waiting in the part for my interior repairs to be scheduled. Customer Service staff was professional but rookie mistakes/oversights should be improved upon immediately.

Everything went well. The staff were courteous and professional. If I had to give a suggestion, it would be to call rather than email as I almost missed the email letting me know that were waiting for supplemental.

Constant delays on work and no leg room, exhausting the rental time. Receptionist and or female representative called less then a hour and a half to closing time, which customer was unable to inspect vehicle after repairs. Vehicle work not satisfactory as there’s a gap in the hood and exposure of inside. No follow up other then survey, weeks later. Overall very dis-satisfied with the quality of work done and the poor customer service.

Shop treated me like they were doing me a favor by taking my car in. I had to initiate all communications in order to get status of the job and, on the day it was promised, had t wait for 2 hours until they got it ready. I expected much better from a Mercedes Benz facility.
