Overall, I’m very satisfied with the repair and the work done on my vehicle. The only concern I noticed was a slight alignment issue with the rear bumper, which I brought to their attention. Other than that, everything looks good, and I’m happy with the overall experience and service I received.

I would be hesitant to recommend Mike’s for all the reasons stated in my comments. The work is great, and I appreciate the quality repair job. The length of time the work takes, as well as the disorganization of the customer service would give me pause because it really takes away from the overall experience. None of this is brought up to be unkind, I’m hoping my feedback will highlight an area in which there can be improvement so that Mike’s can be the exceptional body shop it has the potential to be. Thanks for your time.

Communication was lacking, it took a week to reach out to the insurance for the supplemental appraisal; once the work was completed, I was told to pick up the car after 2pm and before 3pm closing on Friday. At 2:15 I got a call to ask if I could pick the car up Monday. Since I was pulling into the parking lot when the call came in so I said no. While I do appreciate rushing to complete the car on Friday, it was not a part of my plans that I would have to wait for an hour for the job to be finished. This repair appeared to be less organized and unless I reached out, there was no communication. It’s disappointing because the work really is excellent, but the frustrations with customer service somewhat cancel that out.

My experience with Mike’s auto body North was absolutely amazing right from the beginning. I put an inquiry for my brand new vehicle that was damaged during a hitch install, to have some paint repair. The team got back to me ASAP with slots and options and made me feel really good about the process and what the quality of the outcome would look like. Once I brought my car there, the experience continued and they spent multiple days taking really great care of my ride, communicating daily with updates along the way. Highly recommend these guys! They’re very thorough and are perfectionists! Thanks guys!

These guys did such an amazing job. I had some crumpling and paint loss down to the metal. My car came back looking brand new. Beautiful work. I’ve already recommended this shop to a friend. This recommendation came to me from another rallier saying this place was the best of the best especially with paint. No regrets. Will 1000% come here if I ever need this type of work done again.
