Car was fixed beautifully. Communication was subpar. Ran into an issue that could have easily been avoided if the phone was answered and the voicemail inbox wasn’t full. The repair itself was fantastic. Would definitely come back for body work in the future.

Should probably fix the message about the car being picked up when it wasn’t. I understand it was an automated message because it was marked completed. Couldn’t get a hold of anybody for a few hours. That should be fixed for future reference.

My experience with Mike’s was a very pleasant one. They kept me update on the progress of the vehicle, and the quality of the work was excellent. It is difficult to find auto body repair specialists that you can feel comfortable with and then when the work is complete, the quality is exceptional. Mike’s definitely fits the bill.
