Guys did a great job on the body work, paint looks nearly perfect. I did however notice a scratch/scuff mark on the passenger side b pillar door trim which they said they would take care of... As long as that is taken care of I rate them 10/10. My ONLY complaint is that they took quite a bit longer than originally estimated, which is no big deal in the grand scheme of things as its only an estimate. Besides, I'd rather the job be done correctly rather than to be rushed through. Wouldn't trust my car any where else

Everyone was great.... Couldve been better at keeping in touch/communicating though and letting me know how progress was going....it was tough getting a hold of someone, as lots of calls went unanswered, but they are also very busy.

I would probably recommend Mike's with a couple of caveats like being very clear about expectations and the relative level of quality.

First, I'll admit I have very high standards. My car is 18 years old and starting to rust, so those areas which were painted look beautiful, but unfortunately the paint isn't a great match with the other body panels. After having the car back for a week or so I noticed the hood is clearly different from the painted fenders...There's much more metal flake in the new paint, and it's obvious to me. Overall I have to say I'm a little disappointed with the way it turned out. I brought the car to Mike's to correct paint issues from another body shop. This wasn't an insurance repair; it was a discretionary out-of-pocket expense. I was expecting a higher level of quality from Mike's because the shop came highly recommended.

Very satisfied, and I'd give a 10 if it weren't for the fact that I was promised one thing and ended up not being completely satisfied. Eric was great, and very apologetic when there were issues, even picked up the cost of a rental when I didn't have transportation, but I can't in good conscience give a 100% positive review when I wasn't completely happy with the work.

I’m extremely impressed with the quality of work done on my car. It looks brand new. Right from the start everyone there was very professional. I was walked through all the steps of completing any forms needed for insurance purposes. I was also kept informed every step of the way as to the progress of repairs. I would definitely bring my car there again in the future as well as recommend Mike’s Auto Body to others.

I have been going to Mike’s Auto Body in Malden for years. They always take care of me and repairs are completed quickly. My car came back looking new.
