I came to meet Mike by way of a friend in the auto industry. When my mother’s Acura was damaged I made a call and was advised without a doubt that Mike’s Auto Body was the only choice. Quality work and craftsmanship is what I value most but the experience with Mike was so much more. We talked about our love for cars, explained what happened by phone and was given a rough estimate which was actually less than expected. Although the shop was over an hour south for us I knew from our conversation that it was the right decision to repair the vehicle here. Fast forward to pickup day I was really blown away, tailgate repair and three wheels absolutely flawless and the car was washed inside an out which brought a smile to my mom’s face. Again, exceptional work, communication and delivery… Mike and his team are straight class and extremely talented. I would never bring a car elsewhere under any circumstances. Professional, prompt, knowledgable, highly skilled, polite and caring about the customer are what sets Mike’s heads and tales above the rest. This is the second time Mike’s had to apply their artisan abilities to bring my 840i back after passenger side damage. God forbid it happens again!… but if it did, I would be right back at Mike’s… the very best of the best - and focused on client satisfaction. Old school and loving it.

The process was smooth from start to finish. I received an estimate by email shortly after leaving the shop, I was able to schedule the work quickly, and the final price was only a little bit higher than the estimate I received. Status updates were frequent.

This was by far my best experience dealing with an autobody shop in my 40 years of driving! Professional, communicative, friendly and the work was amazing! Not only was the body work gorgeous, but they detailed my car as a bonus! Best surprise, they painted my Porsche key to match my macan! Highly recommended! Just heads and tails above all others!
