Went above and beyond on the repair. Even repaired some stuff that wasnt even asked about or per the repair order like buffing out the hazed headlamps and replacing plastic clips in areas where they were missing and arent part of the repair

It would be a 10 if you received voice mail and if you had fixed the panel near the hitch like it was prior to the accident.

When I first brought the car in, Taina asked me if I left a panel that was hanging near the hitch after installing the hitch. I assured her that it was cut within 1/4" or so of the hitch. I even brought a picture I took after installing the hitch and before the accident and presented that to Jose when I left the car for repair. Yet when I got the car back there was a gaping hole next to the hitch. You made no attempt to cut the panel to fit near the hitch. The bumper and the rest of the work appears first rate.

Your voice mail is always full, so unable to leave a message. Sometimes you use caller ID to return the call and sometimes not. You were nice enough to put old bumper back on without charging us additional, so we could drive the car. I am grateful for that.

I was very happy with the outcome. I loved that it was a quick turnaround, everything was very professional, and very easy. Only minor gripe is my front wheels were put back on with the wheel bolts torqued far too tight. I almost snapped my breaker bar to remove the front wheels compared to the rear wheels which weren’t removed for the repair. Otherwise I’m very happy and will continue to be a customer and recommend Mikes.
