When I got rear-ended I was not looking forward to having to find an auto body I could trust to make the repairs. When I saw that Mike’s Auto Body was just down the street from me, one of the approved auto body’s, and got good reviews on Google, my stress was greatly reduced. From the moment I made the appointment to picking up the car it was easy. They took care of everything in excellent time. They even took the time to detail my car and give it a wash which was so unexpected and appreciated. I will return to Mike’s for any work that I need done in the future.

Mike’s Auto Body went above and beyond. Between driving me home instead of walking home down route 1 to detailing my car. Considering I was there for a rear-ending bumper replacement I was beyond grateful for the extent they went to to take care of my car.

Unfortunately our car repair wasn’t fully taken care of. There are scratches on the front fender right next to the hood that we specifically asked to be looked at and repaired, but they were completely ignored. It’s frustrating because it doesn’t seem like addressing them would have added much to the cost, yet it was overlooked. Disappointed with the lack of attention to detail.

We brought our car in for repairs, but unfortunately it wasn’t fully addressed. There are still scratches on the front fender near the hood something we specifically asked to be repaired but it was completely overlooked. I doubt fixing this would have added much to the cost, so it’s disappointing that it wasn’t taken care of

This is the second time I brought a vehicle into Mike's and I was completely satisfied with the work, the paint and the fitment of what was done. I hope I won't be getting into any other accidents, but if I were to have another one Mike's Auto body would be my first choice and only.
