I had a great experience with the staff in the body shop department after my recent accident. I was very impressed on how quickly they corresponded with my insurance company and took charge of preparing along with processes involved with scheduling, financial and communications. Bernadette treated me so very well and managed to keep my anxiety to a minimum regarding all the things that are involved with repairs, paperwork and costs. Kevin took great care of me on the first day of my accident to expedite a tow truck as well as follow-ups with the status of my situation and parts that needed to be ordered. I'm proud that I chose Morris Ford about a decade ago and feel confident that they will take good care of me in the future.
