Every step of the repair process from the drop-off to the pickup was clearly communicated. The completion date was forecast and hit which is very rare for body shops in my experience. Going forward when I need work done (hopefully seldom) I will be working with MV Body Shop.

I had my 2025 Tesla Model 3 repaired here, and the work was beyond impressive. Tesla repairs are usually pricey, but this Mountain View shop gave me a much more reasonable deal than other places I checked. The finish was absolutely professional—the color blending was so natural that you’d never know the car had been damaged in the first place. They even had the car charged and ready for me when I picked it up, which shows how much they care about the details. This shop is on another level when it comes to quality and service. I highly recommend it to any Tesla owner—it’s worth every penny.

The scratch was very minor and could be cleared out without damaging the paint. However, It is 100% obvious that the original paint is blurred and Not polished well. I am worried about the value of the vehicle impacted by this.
