- The repair was top notch. - The bump in price of 50% caught me off guard. - When I left my car, I asked if we could take care of some paint touch up on the rear bumper and it looks like it could not happen.

They need to pre-order parts when the car is driveable, and notify the client when the parts have been received. They did not notify me in my case, and I did not want to go drop off my car until they had received the parts (to minimize the time without my car). I had to call them to get an update, and found out they had received the parts the week before.

They cover themselves way too much in terms of estimating time to repair, by putting caveats, worst case scenario (which is fine), but not giving a common sense assessment.of the likelihood of each scenario, to the point of causing further delay because I didn’t want to risk not having my car back for a specific event. My car mechanic shows much more common sense when giving estimate of the time required to fix the car, and always delivers accordingly
