I think they are victims of their own success. They appear to have more business than they can manage timely. Also they left at least two parts off the car and I have to arrange for them to follow up.

Good service, quality execution. Only constructive criticism would be setting expectations on picking up the car. First call said it would be ready the next day around 3. Then I heard nothing and called the next day to find out it would be ready the following day at noon. I called again (with no one calling me) and found out it would be ready at 5:30. Always better to lower my expectations and then beat them, instead of making me chase you around.
