Was first given an estimated completion date for a Friday. I did not get any update from the shop that day so I called in to see if it was ready. They said no, enjoy your weekend it should be ready by Tuesday. Tuesday came along again no update from the shop, so I called in again they said another two days. At that point I asked whats the reason for these dates keep changing. So they checked back and said basically they were really busy. That's fine I get it, but estimate your work load and provide accurate dates instead of not hearing back or just guessing another couple of days are needed. I kept having to call in myself everytime instead of them giving me an update that their completion date was off.
