I was satisfied with the repairs. However, we discussed doing touch up paint on the bumper (since I opted not to replace it) and that wasn't done.

Quality is OK, the bumper look a little uneven / wavy, but it's subtle, so I don't think it's worth going back there.

Their update system is a joke. Raul was personable, but I wasn't kept up-to-date with progress. I didn't get an update until after there was a one-day delay. I had to call to find out about the delay. They promised to call back, but they never did until the last day.
