Our problem was not just that it took so long (15 days!) but it was even more annoying that they constantly misjudged the time to finish. For the entire last 5 days, each day they told me, 95% chance it would be done tomorrow. Then tomorrow came it it would have to be the next day. Just be straight with me and get your estimated timing right; stop breaking promises.
