I was extremely happy with the car service at mountain view body shop. They repaired my car back to perfection very quickly and they finished a day earlier than scheduled! Also, they waxed my car professionally which was a nice touch. All the staff that works in the office are very understanding. Great customer service and smooth process all around. I brought my car to the body shop to get by rear bumper replaced, and I got the car back with a fixed bumper and a disgusting interior. A bumper is an exterior job. What the hell were you guys doing in the interior of my car?!

I like the people, but someone left oil smudges on the upholstery and also broke/disconnected the power window. Also one part of the damage was not fixed, but this was probably an insurance adjuster error.
