Joy was absolutely awesome. She communicated with me and was very professional, polite, and transparent the entire time. Also, KUDOS to Mark... I thought I had an issue .... he offered to rectify the situation and was willing to go above and beyond to satisfy me. I really appreciated his efforts and due diligence... as manager... that spoke volumes for me. Come to.find out... it wasn't an error at all. I was really satisfied with the services. I was even more happy with how Mark, manager went over and beyond to make sure i was satisfied. I thought there was an issue/ discrepancy... he tried to figure it out but it was mind blowing. He immediately offered to cover 2 things that had been denied by the insurance company, without hesitation. He said it would take about 3 days to complete. But I wanted to be fair and get to the bottom of things and not accept something that wasn't owed to me. I asked him to check the computer bc on surface things didn't appear correct. After checking the computer... we found that there was no issue at all... which made me feel comfortable and definitely satisfied. Although, there was no issue... he still agreed to take care of my vehicle (the items the insurance company denied).. because of the confusion. Now that speaks volumes and gained my total respect. KUDOS !!!

20% higher than other groups, when I returned the repair was unfinished/my bumper was misaligned with my quarter panel and parts of the (mud guard?) (that were supposed to be installed) were sitting in the back of my car on my belongings.

The tech himself was awesome. The sales team didn’t call me when he asked them to, regarding getting other work done that I would have wanted completed. I had to call the shop for updates.
