It took over a month to get the car repaired & the communication was terrible & lacking. The repair job is excellent but took way too long & very poor communication or lack thereof throughout the process.

Loved everything except the 25% mark up on the parts, First time repairing my Bentley,,, shocked at the total cost,, paid 51K out of my pocket,, Insurance would have dropped all my vehicles,, last Bentley I will own.

I can’t say enough great things about Nalley’s Collision Center. From the moment I contacted them about repair work until the day I picked up my car, the entire experience was exceptional. The customer service and communication throughout the repair service was outstanding. Caitlin kept me informed every step of the way - she was professional, responsive, knowledgeable, and actually made a very stressful experience enjoyable and seamless. The craftsmanship and attention to detail of my repair was flawless. I was so impressed with the finished product. My car looked brand new!!
