I would never do that too any of my friends or family, i recommend choosing another collisions center a place that actually care about its customers and cars

I repeat do not take your vehicle too this location, not only did they hold my car for 2 months they actually cause damage to seats almost eight thousand dollars got charged too the insurance. So my recommendation is do not take your vehicle here. They will give you the run around till you blue in your face. On top of that I gave them a chance too make it right. They held my car for almost two months just too replace a door and fix a real panel. I came in asking for help for reimbursement for rental explain how I was inconvenience and severe harmed by having my car sit in a repair shop for months and then get the run around about reimbursement. So that being said you love your vehicle and peace of mind i repeat do not take your vehicle too nalley you will get screwed and up charged I promise you..

The service and professionalism from Nalley was incredible. Caitlyn’s referral was spot on and much appreciated. The communication from Jessica was fantastic and a breath of fresh air. The 180 was incredibly evident from the previous collision center my car was at. Jarvis helped make the transfer of my car from the previous facility to Nalley incredibly easy. Natalie at the front desk when I arrived to pick up my car was incredibly kind and personable. God forbid another incident with my car happens, but if it does I know where I’m bringing it. Would recommend to anyone and everyone due to the quality of work, customer service, and overall experience that I have had.

Jarvis was incredibly helpful getting the process started with getting my car moved from the previous facility over to Nalley. Jessica was available to speak about my concerns and help me through the process, and the notification about my car when it was on each step of said process was amazing too. Natalie was very personable, kind, and helpful when we arrived to pick up the vehicle.
