When I went to pick up my car, I wasn’t happy with the paint match and one of the trim pieces wasn’t adhering to the body panel correctly (not their fault). They understood my concerns, ordered a new part, did the repair over again without question, and accomplished it in a timely manner. They consistently let me know what was going on, and made the whole process as easy and seamless as possible for me. In the end, I was very happy with the quality of the work as well as their concern for my satisfaction in the repair."
