We use the latest diagnostic technology to provide high-quality repairs with a quick turnaround. We are conveniently located at 2045 Route 9 in the town of Clifton Park, just north of Ushers Rd. When heading north on Route we are just under a mile from Ushers Rd on the right-hand side. If you are coming from the north, we are just under 2 miles south of Round Lake on the left-hand side.

Neets accepted my car in for repair and a week later was told they have 56 cars in front of mine and needed to send it somewhere else to get fixed. Very unprofessional and lots of wasted time

Took a month longer than was told . Did not like how work was started before anyone even got contacted me with the estimate. My personal belongings were everywhere in the storage unit . Not happy

Very disappointed in NEETS. The estimate took 10 days ! Where most garages say it needs to be done within 3. I was not even called with the estimate Info. When I called to check on things after receiving a text message my car had already been disassembled. This gave me NO opportunity to take it somewhere else to get a second opinion if I wanted. I did not even agree to the estimate and for then to start the work. I feel this was done On purpose. I was told the work would take 30 days and it actually took nearly 9 weeks ! When I went to retrieve my personal belongings they were scattered all over a storage unit buried under hundreds of pieces of my car . They had no idea where my things were . I had to dig through boxes. I was told week after week my car would be completed and it never was. I was forced to purchase another car so I could move on with my life. This had a profound impact on my family . This car should have been declared a total loss considering it was nearly completely rebuilt . I would NEVER put my family back in this car. NEETS USED TO BE A REPUTABLE place but I am not happy with their new ownership.
