When heading north on Route we are just under a mile from Ushers Rd on the right-hand side. If you are coming from the north, we are just under 2 miles south of Round Lake on the left-hand side.

1, get my name right. We corrected the rep 3 different times 2, the estimator should have said that the scratch may not cone out so we could have asked for a fuller estimate. We told him it was a car wash incident. 3, when they called me to get the car, she did not indicate that they could not get all the scratches out. It makes me wonder if anything would have been said if we did not check. 4, we do appreciate that they will be calling the car wash to let him know the situation with the new estimate

I am ok with the work that was done. Dent repair looks really good. However, I was misled that scratches from a carwash could be polished out. I passed this polish estimate to the carwash and they cut me a check. Then, I picked up my car and the scratches are still visible and was told a new employee gave me bad info. End result is I still have scratches, the carwash will not pay for again for a repaint. No excuse is good when the customer is given misleading/bad info. I will not recommend your business to anyone, ever...

My only thing was that I was told to go online to check the status of the work being done. I explained to the person at the desk that I did not have a home computer to do this and no printer. I called the end of the first week and asked how was my repair going and was told I could monitor the progress online. /again I said I cannot do this as I told you before. I did talk to the manager who was helpful and patient with me and he said her would look into how they can improve thing to meet the customers needs. He also sid if there was anything I needed to speak to him directly.

The guy that did my estimate forgot and never wrote down anything we discussed. In my opinion when dealing with someone’s vehicle the representative should be extremely intent on every word I say.

Not with this new group, nope this was by far the worst experience I’ve had with a body shop.

The guy I dealt with on the original interaction dropped the ball and never scheduled my appt OR my rental. I dropped my 1 ton pick up off and asked in advance for a truck, which was already arranged with the insurance company and never received. And then special instructions were given to the same guy who never gave them to the mechanics. With that being said some repairs were not even done to the truck. The is tuned and he was told to not scan the truck which they did. I took several days out of work early to deal with all of this losing money on that end. The truck looks great great and solid work with quick glimpse of it, I miss Neets, I probably will not go back if I need repairs again.

I had asked to have my back window cleaned/buffed after the folks who replaced the wiper blade left a plastic guard on the blade. Nothing was done about that.

Everyone was very personal and attentive. A pleasure to work with. Only an 8 because I asked you to see what you could do on the back window which was marred because the installer left the plastic sleeve on. Nothing was done on that.
