I received my car back. It looked absolutely beautiful. You could never tell that any damage was done to the car. When it was brought to them a lot of damage.

This was the first accident that was my fault and I didn’t really know what to do. They made the process very easy and stressful. They helped walk me through the steps I needed to take in regards to the insurance company and obtaining a rental car.

Having done fiberglass work for years the first thing I look for in any shop is how clean it is. Northside is spotless. Next the quality of the work..........it was perfect. Lastly the amount of time it took to complete repairs........totally acceptable. Lastly Northside went the extra mile on the the truck being cleaned, the little extra's iside the truck, the estimate at the end. Totally seamless start to finish. I would recommend Northside to anyone. Great job guys.......I am a nick pick when it comes to paint and body work........you did a great job.

My car was repaired and ready for pickup as promised. It was cleaned inside and outside beautifully. My dog sheds a lot and it really needed a good cleaning. The team at Northside Autobody were professionals from my initial random drop by for an estimate. First of all, I have to mention how the appearance of the facility was immaculate - from the building, the interior of the building, to the landscaping - everything was immaculate. The service I received during the initial visit was great. Anthony was professional, informative, kind and helpful . When I dropped off my vehicle and picked it up there was no issue. The work itself was flawless. My vehicle like brand new, out of the dealership again. The work was exceptional. My vehicle was even completely detailed, inside and out. The interior - windows, seats, carpets and dash were like brand new. The many gifts with the Northside emblem were all nice, of good quality and will be used. I just would like to express my sincere thanks to the elite team of professionals(most notably Anthony, Matt and Joshua)at Northside Autobody.
