I was devastated finding my car in A parking lot I use often with the Damage it had to my front bumper I honestly didn’t even know where to start then I remembered when I had my old car I stopped by to get assistance with putting hubcaps on I offered the employee money and he said no Thankyou it’s on the house fast forward two years later with my current car and the damage they were the first ones I thought of I went inside I was acknowledged as soon As I went inside the shop My concerns were addressed IMMEDIATELY pictures were taken I got an estimate right away and when asked by my insurance company if I wanted to go with an in network shop I said NOPE I want it done At “Northside Auto Body” I reached back out and John took care of everything from there

Amazing!!!! Some companies invest all their money and see how they look and present themselves this company invest its money, not only into the appearance of the shop, but also into its employees as well. They are very engaging, knowledgeable, and professional. I hope I never have to use their services again, but in any event, they will be the first people I go to.
