The staff was fantastic. The facility was beyond clean and presentable. I wasn't made to ever feel uncomfortable in an all male facilty. They were funny, kind and very professional. I have raved about my service there.

I was very impressed with Northside. My car was taken on time and returned spotless on time. My car came back cleaner than the day I took it out of the show room. I can’t say enough good things about Northside. Dennis was my associate and couldn’t have been more helpful and professional. I came to Northside for an estimate and I was pleasantly surprised by the estimate I was provided. When I picked up my car (within the time frame promised) I was met with exceptional work. Dennis was amazing, honest and a great person to work with. As a woman, it can be hard to not be taken advantage of when dealing with mechanics or car shops, but with Northside they are great and won't take advantage of you! They are a real good group of guys over there. Thank you the entire staff at Northside Auto Body.
