As I sent a text to Jack a few days ago, I mentioned that the work done was very well done no complaints whatsoever. Dustin was on top of things as was Anthony when I picked up the car I will recommend Northside to anyone and everyone. From beginning to end Northside was just wonderful ! Always available for a call and question , handled all the calls and paperwork with the insurance company . Even had me simply leave my rental car at their shop and they arranged it to be picked up there . Received a detailed file of the work done and cost (no out of pocket for me) and a great goodie bag with an umbrella , travel coffee mug , keychain flashlight , etc and my car was clean inside and out when I picked up . I highly recommend. Thank you Northside.
