Work on point, liked receiving the updates via text. Loaner car needed some TLC. When I called about mechanical issue with loaner shop made right on the issue without hassle. Only negative comment would be that when car was done it had been washed but not hand dried so it was covered in water spots and did not look as professional. Overall would recommend Northside and hopefully will not need to get my car repaired again anytime soon fingers crossed. Thanks

I went to pick up my car Saturday from north side and noticed that the bumper was jutting out slightly. Thinking it might get worse over time, I shared my concern with the woman at the desk (didn't catch her name). She checked, confirmed that the bumper wasn't flush and said I'd hear back Monday from Dave--Monday has passed and I have not heard back.

My only negative is that there seemed to be a grease-like substance that was left on some of the glossy interior trim panels of my car. I'm not sure what it was for, but it looked bad until I cleaned it off.

All glass and body work was done well. However, water is able to get into the hatch headliner due to some warping on the hatch gasket. The replacement gasket is on order.
