Wasn't don't the right way I was told my spoiler was going to be replaced and I can tell where they used epoxy to cover it up and my back bumper was missing clips causing a gap that should not have been there and told me they fixed everything when I had to bring it back and the spoiler still was not replaced and when I got it back the second time there was a squeak in my shifter that was not there when I dropped it off

One girl was very rude when I called because she didn't understand what I was asking but I don't feel she should have been rude about it. Other than that everybody was okay. I do NOT think you should advertise free loaners. I don't have rental on my insurance and went to you guys because I knew you had free loaners. When I went to sign paperwork the first day I was told I'd be put on a list and contacted. My car was there 17 days and I never got a call about a loaner. I was forced to drive a pick up to work (an hour away) and waste gas for 2 weeks. You couldn't borrow a loaner or have one returned in 17 days? That's almost a month. Just don't advertise it if you only have one loaner or won't get somebody one. I would have brought my car to Erie Blvd where they have a geico agent right there for me instead of taking it to you thinking I'd have a loaner.
