This is the first time I can ever recall where the actual cost of the repairs was less than the estimate. Amazing! When I went to pick up my Jeep, the auto start & the auto locks wouldn't work so I went back inside and mentioned it to "Adam" who came out and tested the key fob. He suspected it was the battery so he went back inside to see if he had a replacement and lucky for me, he did. He installed the battery and refused to take payment for it. That's what I call "customer service with class!" Just for the record, they made all the arrangements for a rental vehicle so it was ready for me when I dropped my Jeep off for repairs and they accepted the return of the rental when my Jeep was ready. They made the entire process easy. All of their personnel that I had contact with were friendly and courteous especially the girl at the front desk. I'd also like to mention that the door to their "garage" was open and I caught a glimpse of their work area. From what I could see, it appeared to be very clean...not an easy feat for an auto repair facility. Very impressive indeed!

Everyone was friendly. The car looks great. Thanks for everyone that worked on my vehicle. Obviously the hard work is on physically putting the car back together and making it look great. So thanks to those people that did that. Whoever detailed the inside of the car did a great job, that was a nice touch. Thanks for returning my vehicle in better shape than it came in and the hard work everyone put in to do that. Any future work or referrals to other people you guys will be first on my mind. The level of communication was outstanding. They kept me updated on the progress of my repairs. They also got me a loaner so that I didn't have to pay for a rental for the extended amount of time it took for the repairs. Absolutely loved my experience with the team and would highly recommend them to anyone!!
