My car was due to be released to me on Monday, August 18, 2026 and I was told to come back the next day, Aug. 19, 2066 and the car would be released to me at 2 PM! It was not ready by that time! I filled up my gas tank before I brought my car over to Northside Collision for repairs. I think that Northside owes me reimbursement for bringing my car to one shop to another shop!

This is the third time using Northside and each time I had to go back for areas that were not finished.
